The risk assessment shall be updated:

• in the event of a serious or fatal accident at work;
• in case of a mild accident at work if it is found after the investigation that dangerous event that has caused an accident may also be the cause of a serious or fatal occupational accident;
• if an employee is identified or suspected of having an occupational disease;
• if new or amended legislative requirements are adopted;
• if inspectors of the State Labor Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania have found violations of the requirements of legal acts on safety and health of the company.
